Refund Policy

Senlashes stands by its 100% customer satisfaction! However due to the artistic nature of the services provided, refunds and or adjustments on services rendered will be issued in the form of a store credit or gift certificate.

We stand firmly behind all of our work. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the situation. Adjustments will be honored for up to one week of the date of service(s) performed as to ensure our top level of customer service is achieved and maintained.

Individual, group, promotional or sale services purchased for yourself or other individuals are absolutely non-refundable.

Booking Policy

*All appointments booked in advance will require a holding fee that will be applied in full to the services purchased; if appointment is cancelled the holding fee will be charged as a non-refundable cancellation fee.

No Show Policy

Failure to cancel your appointment before the scheduled time will result in the card on file being 100% of the service price AND your deposit is nontransferable.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service.
